Introduction of New NCC Sub-unit at MANUU

A new NCC sub-unit has been added for the students of Hyderabad. NN Reddy, an Air Commodore and Deputy Director-General of NCC have introduced a new NCC sub unit MANUU. Maulana Azad National Urdu University is a Central University in Hyderabad. It was named after the great freedom fighter – Abdul Kalam Azad. He was India’s first Minister of Education.

The Air Commodore expressed his feelings and encouraged the students to take advantage of this prestigious opportunity and serve for the country. He also added that “Sensitivity, neutrality, and two-way communication is essential for a good leader. Your enrolment in NCC is the first step towards serving the nation. You should take advantage of the available opportunities.”

Dr. Mohammad Aslam Parvaiz – Vice-Chancellor of MANUU, stated that the role of the armed forces is evident and it is not alone reserved for protecting our country; it is a considerable measure to bring out people from distress moments.
